She will go into detail with Surya Namaskar A & B, Virabhadrasana A & B, Chaturanga and Trikonasa, as well as many other standings, seated and laying down postures. You will leave feeling confident in your practice and have a great place to grow and flow from. This workshop is excellent for everyone from newer students to experienced teachers.
