Join Mandy, a dedicated teacher, and lover of alignment based yoga, and learn how to “break down” many of the common and favourite postures in studio flow classes. She will go into detail with Surya Namaskar A & B, Virbandrasana A & B, Chaturanga and Trikonasa, as well as many other standing, seated and laying down postures. You will leave feeling confident in your practice and have a great place to grow and flow from. This workshop is excellent for everyone from newer students to experienced teachers. There is always something to learn!
