change of season and the decline of Yang Sun energy in favor of the Moon Yin energy.
Autumn is a period during which the fruits of Summer have been harvested and we prepare for Winter.
In this Practice, we release all that no longer serve us.
Purify the body and the mind in order to breath life fully and prepare us for
Winter by regulating the breath with vital energy and detoxing to cope with change.
> Yin Yoga is slow, steady with a sense of core softness and surrender.
We hold the postures a little longer as to fully nourish the body and to
develop observance, a willingness to let go and find our Breath.
