Youth Yoga 4 Week Session – February 26th

This class is developed for teens and pre-teens. We will focus on building awareness of the body and breath through yoga poses, breathing exercises and meditation, building groundwork for a healthy lifestyle. This class is taught in a way to encourage creativity and exploration of the body allowing teens to develop more confidence and have tools to help deal with stress.

Kids Yoga 4 Week Session – February 25th

This class is designed with little yogis in mind. Throughout the 4 weeks, we will be working on developing strength, mindfulness and inner peace. Each week will build on new poses through active yoga sequences along with different forms of meditation and breathing. Themes and games will be included weekly to allow them to release their energy and feel calm and focused.
