Not sure if you are doing chaturanga correctly? Hearing different cues from different teachers can sometimes be confusing.
In my flow classes, I rarely get a chance to break down the suggestions I make for planks and chaturanga. I am not an anatomy expert, but I have had many teachers who have helped me to understand this pose better and has helped me to improve my own practice and teaching over time.
In this short workshop will we discuss shoulder awareness, flexibility and strength. Be prepared to strengthen, roll and stretch. We will practice chaturanga focusing on keeping the shoulders safe through a flowing set of postures like the sun salutations.
