  • Pre-Natal Yoga – September 10th

    Come and join other soon-to-be-moms and reap all the benefits that Prenatal yoga has to offer. We will focus on tying the breath to each movement in order to calm the mind and teach the body to relax. Pre-natal yoga will also provide some ideas on how to relieve some of the most common physical ailments experienced during pregnancy. We will incorporate some gentle twisting for indigestion, standing poses for improving balance, opening of the hips and relieving lower back tension, while other poses may help with leg cramps and carpal tunnel syndrome. We will stretch and strengthen the body to increase flexibility and keep the muscles toned. Schedule a special time to connect with your baby. Join us for our next pre-natal yoga session!

  • Mom and Baby Yoga – September 11th

    Time: 11:30am – 12:30 pm

    In this Mom and Baby Yoga session, the focus will be on gentle stretching and movement to help heal and reconnect to your postnatal body  Bring your baby and enjoy this time to reconnect with your body and connect to your newest addition.  Babies will be included in some portion of the class, though moms are welcome to enjoy the freedom to practice on their own as baby sleeps or crawls.  You will also learn some massage techniques and stretches for baby as well throughout the session.  It is recommended that you are at least 12-weeks postpartum to join the session.  All babies up to the crawling stage are welcome.  All you need is your mat, baby, and diaper bag!

  • Yoga Bootcamp – October 14th

    October 14th – November 18th, 2017

    Time: 6:00pm – 7:15 pm

    Can’t get enough of Yoga Core on Wednesday mornings? Connie will be offering an additional Yoga Bootcamp class on the weekend. This is a pre-registered class Saturday evenings from 6:00-7:15pm. The class will only run with minimum registration. Fall is the time to set new goals and start new routines, don’t miss out on this opportunity to help get you back on track.

    This Yoga Bootcamp class will include everything you would expect to see in a challenging yoga class with the addition of extra core, repetitions and bootcamp-like moves to get your heart pumping. It should challenge everyone at any level, but remember you can take breaks whenever you need to, rejoin the class when you can-BUT keep trying. Just showing up is half the battle.
