Yoga is fun. You heard me— fun!! Why else would we do something that pushes our physical and mental edge and JUST BREATHE in midst of it all? I began practising yoga in 2008 to have some fun. Little did I know, it became a source of inspiration. In 2013, I took my 200hr teacher training in Rajadhriraja Yoga— which focuses on the authentic, spiritual eight limbs of Ashtanga Yoga and began teaching shortly after in Waterloo, Ontario.

I grew up in Spruce Grove and received my Bachelor of Science at University of Alberta (2011) and Doctor of Optometry at University of Waterloo (2015).

I offer a style of a dynamic and playful flow with a focus on alignment and breath in my classes. I feel fortunate to be a part of TYP community and feel blessed to call myself a teacher and student of practice. I look forward to exchanging energies with all my students!
