Headstand BCPrior to my yoga teacher training I had practiced yoga on and off for about 4-5 years.  It was always a casual practice, but nonetheless I loved it and kept going back.  Having struggled most of my life with anxiety/stress/and a few minor health concerns, I decided to do something for myself that would help me learn to cope in stressful circumstances and finally take control of my life and become more confident in myself.  I also wanted to challenge myself, having always been used to playing on the safe side.  It was definitely a challenge but I have never looked back.  It was definitely the best gift I could have ever given myself and I am blessed to get to share that with others now.  I love to teach and be a part of others’ transformation be it physically or emotionally.  Teaching yoga has given me confidence and trust in myself, and for that I am truly grateful and will always continue to practice and teach faithfully.
