A class to remind you that you can restart and reset at any time. The first day of the year is stressful for many reasons and can
create a mind full of should haves, would haves, could haves. This can create a sense of loss, depression, failures and more.
This class is for those that want to re-focus, find a reason to stay positive and be grateful for what is. “Be Present” Students will be
encouraged to let go of the past and create a sense of accomplishment starting with a yoga class on the first day of the year.
Be prepared for a twisty, challenging practice followed by a guided meditation on positive thinking.
