Sadhana – February 10th

This two hour class is an invitation to establish and strengthen the connection between intention and practice. We begin with balancing and heating breath control techniques to steady the mind and hone our awareness. Once warm, we will move through a flowing vinyasa practice, focusing on opening, softening, energizing and strengthening, eventually leading to deep relaxation. In this residually still state, we explore meditation. Our practice completes with a continuous chant of om.
