I started practicing yoga 6 years ago for stress and anxiety but it was not until I was volunteering at a holistic cat rescue in Florida that I was truly inspired by the healing energy of Reiki & Mind, Body & Soul Yoga. My first yoga for anxiety class made me feel calmer and it inspired me to do more yoga. Within a year I found myself ready to go deeper into the philosophy of yoga and practice Ayurveda. I feel freer from anxiety and I am able to stop and breath when I feel stress coming on. Yoga truly changed my journey. I have a love for the beautiful beaches of Florida, healing, reading, traveling, music, cats and Reiki.
