Yoga For Anxiety – May 11th

Moving from darkness to light.
This practice guides you through breath work and body practices that serve you when you are feeling stressed, anxious and ungrounded. Often times, We hold stress and tension in the neck, throat, chest, shoulders, back, and hips. This puts our body into a “Fight or Flight” response creating anxiety. This workshop focuses on postures that open and stretch these areas along with pranayama breathing techniques that will calm the nervous system during stressful situations.

Tracey will move through meditation and journaling to find stillness while focusing on being present in the moment and observing thoughts without reacting to them. Allow your mind, body, and soul to come together as one and leave feeling focused. Join Tracey to find relaxation and learn new techniques to calm your thoughts, exhale tension and find balance.
