The instructor will systematically begin to guide you through a practice designed to take you from your “thinking” brain into your “being” brain. You will spend the time with some gentle movements and then deep rest and total relaxation. This special yoga is proven to help in soothing the subconscious mind from harmful patterns, addictions, and behaviors you would like to relinquish.
