Yoga is the perfect addition to your running program. Whether you are an avid runner or you’d just like to get started, this workshop is for you. We’ll begin with some gentle yoga at the studio to prepare us for a 5km run together on Spruce Grove’s path system. Once we return, we’ll stretch our muscles and cool down with postures designed to help you prevent common running injuries and keep you healthy on the trails.
