This class is designed for the young yogi. Starting in September on a weekly basis, we will be working on developing strength, mindfulness, and inner peace. Each week will build on new poses through active yoga sequences along with different forms of meditation and breathing. Themes and games will be included weekly to allow them to release their energy and feel calm and focused.
